Late Policy:
If the client arrives late for a schedules appointment, the client will receive treatment for the remaining time allotted for that appointment; however will be charged for the duration of the schedule appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients must cancel no later than 12 hours prior to receiving treatment. If the client fails to give 12 hours notice, he/she will be charged a fee of 50% of the cost of the booked appointment.
No Show Policy:
If the client fails to cancel or show up for a booked appointment, the client will be charged the full amount for the booked appointment which must be paid prior to receiving further treatment.
